Spinner Publications, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, grantors and contributors are permitted to take a charitable contribution deduction for cash or goods donated to the organization, the Spinner Archives, or the Spinner Photographic Collection. Materials and cash are used in the publication of books and activities which promote the history and culture of southeastern New England. Your donations (including photographs and their usage rights) are deductible contributions on your tax return.

Under Section 6115 of the Internal Revenue Code, Spinner Publications is required to provide you with a good faith estimate of the value of goods or services provided, a description of the contribution, a statement of whether Spinner provided any goods or services in return for the contribution, and to remind you that your contribution is deductible only to the extent that it exceeds what we may have provided.
